Masterclass

A 2D animation virtuoso, known for her short films Affairs of the Art, Dreams & Desires and Britannia, director Joanna Quinn will take you into her world, accompanied by her screenwriter and co-producer Les Mills. Discover her work methods, her style and her unique humour in this masterclass.

In the space of thirty years, Joanna Quinn has won two Emmy Awards, four BAFTAs, three Oscar nominations and more than a hundred other awards worldwide. Her films, which focus on gender and oppression, are works of art in their own right. A real treat for the eyes, peppered with laughter and visual flights of fancy.

After studying at the renowned California Institute of Arts, Jim Capobianco joined the Walt Disney studios. He worked on films such as Finding Nemo and Up, whose successes contributed to his recognition as a great storymaker. He now returns to his first love, Leonardo da Vinci, for his first feature film.
