Anima "Live"

Beside de screenings

Anima is not only about screenings in theatres, it’s about coming together after two years of presence online. We’re really happy to be able to present all kinds of events around the screenings so that the films can be the occasion for an even greater collective experience.

Anima and Spiroumagazine? They were made for each other!
Come and enjoy live and casual performances with cartoonists from the magazine. Somewhere between graphic tutorials and playful challenges, the Spirou Pop Up Showwill shed light on some of the authors’ secrets, including how to deal with aliens and androids!
Sunday 19/02 - Foyer 1
15:30 - 16:30 : Performance
17:30 - 19:00 : Signing sessions

Among the many guests, there will be animation artists who love to draw: Pascale Hecquet, Kitty Crowther, Benoît Feroumont, Cyril Pedrosa, Romain Renard, Joanna Quinn and many more.

Schedule to come...

Meet the talents

After certain screenings, Q&As will be organized with the teams after the screening. A perfect opportunity to get answers to your questions about the making of the films, the directors’ backgrounds and the personalities of these artisans of the moving image.

Expo Réalité Cachée

Coming from the animation sector, the hybrid and international collective Temple Caché is going to make you root around in your phone in search of interactive works that are in turn sparkling, surprising, amusing or luxurious. It is indeed on your smartphone that you will discover works that are either invisible to the naked eye or incomplete.
The exhibition is free and will be accessible throughout the festival in Foyer 3.
Vernissage in the presence of the artists of Temple Caché on Monday 20 February at 18:30.

If you enjoyed the exhibition, the artists will be giving a conference on Tuesday 21 February in Studio 1.
