FAQ Exquisite Corpse Drawing Competition

1. What is the Exquisite Corpse drawing challenge competition?

An Exquisite Corpse is a collaborative drawing game where participants create a character by drawing three distinct parts: the head, torso, and legs. Contestants work in teams and take turns adding one section of the character within a set time.

Each team member draws on one section of a large sheet of paper folded into three equal parts. After completing their section (head, torso, or legs) and when time is up, they fold over their drawing to hide it, keeping the creation a surprise. The folded paper is then passed to the next contestant to continue the drawing, repeating this process until all three sections are complete.

To add an extra element of surprise, the paper is passed between tables as each section is completed. The final reveal unveils a unique and unexpected character created collaboratively by the teams.
