Juanjo and Miquel are teenagers living in Barcelona in 1991. Juanjo is asthmatic and his parents are overprotective to the point of being stifling. Miquel grew up without a father and his mother tries to cope, not always succeeding. The two youngsters find refuge in their friendship and love of heavy metal. A journey into the heart of teenage headbanging, Catalan-style.
