In a high-speed train stuck in the middle of nowhere, a young cashier at the bar gets off to a rocky start on her first day of work, a little boy races through the carriages to find an empty toilet, and a man experiences his worst headache. All these events intertwine and create a chain reaction of chaos throughout the train.
